Most of our Development team members get opportunity to interact with International customers, work onsite on projects and learn and get certified in current and future oriented technologies. Our fresher training spans over 8 weeks duration where you are trained on Technical, Domain, Software engineering and soft skills by Industry’s best trainers. We have internship program for select few MCA/ MBA/ BE students aimed at bridging academic industry gap.
What are your opportunities for experienced hires?
- We have positions open for senior roles all the time which we fill them through lateral hires program. Lateral hires bring wide experience and value additions from sections of IT industry. - We hate to reveal our secret tool, But its simple ‘Word of mouth’ – Our special employee referral schemes motivate our employees to refer their friends to become coworkers. In addition, we also use methods such as an updated corporate website, campus hiring, social networks and many more.
- Bad news is, we have a very stringent recruitment process where resume screening, aptitude test, technical/ scenario based test, rounds of HR , technical (2 rounds) are mandatory. We strive hard to make sure right people are on the bus!
What advice would you give job seekers applying to CRMIT?
- We believe in a ‘no nonsense approach’. We expect people walking in to our interview/ tests to be really aware of the expectation and have enough motivation to join us. They should know the job description and skill expectations for the role which they are applying for, know about CRMIT, its business, and technologies we are working with. They should have strong reason to work with us. (We are not really concerned about why you need to quit your old job!). Our recruiters and interview panel members are highly skilled and smart enough at rejecting fake profiles and identifying cooked up projects, so one doesn’t stand a chance.
- On the other hand, just as the other aspects of our work culture, when we get a good candidate, we make sure every support is given to him / her so that they can excel in the role they are taking up. As we mentioned earlier, we are not very concerned about the skills, which we believe our world class training team and other learning schemes will take care.
